2. Description of Service

ARVnote provides AI-powered comparable property analysis and After Repair Value (ARV) estimation tools for real estate investors. Data is sourced from public records and third-party providers including Zillow and MLS systems.

3. Disclaimer

ARVnote provides estimates for informational purposes only. All ARV calculations, comparable property selections, and deal analyses are AI-generated estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

ARVnote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from real estate investment decisions made using our analysis.
